HOW IT WORKS

GRAPHIC DESIGN + PRINT ORDERING

ORDERING

Online Order

  1. Simply click the Add to Cart button found on every category pages. You may continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete.
  2. After you have finished shopping, you can pay with PAYPAL (Visa, Master and Bank Transfer).
  3. When you make the payment, please provide information for your design via email or Notes & Special request in check out section.
  4. After payment is cleared, we will start your design and send you initial proof in 1~5 business days (depend on your job).
  5. You may ask the modification (depend on your job) for 1concept to be made to colours and/or placement of design.
  6. We send you final design to confirm by email.
  7. After you confirm the final design, we will process printing and delivery.

 

Email Order Form (If you do not want sign up, please use order form.)

  1. Simply send us an Email Order Form with a list of required information you wish to order
  2. After we receive the Email Order Form, we will send you the confirmation email.
  3. Once you receive a confirmation email, you can place money directly into our Bank Account via direct deposit.
  4. After payment is cleared, we will start your design and send you initial proof in 1~5 business days (depend on your job).
  5. You may ask the modification (depend on your job) for 1concept to be made to colours and/or placement of design.
  6. We send you final design to confirm by email.
  7. After you confirm the final design, we will process printing and delivery.

 

PRINTING & DELIVERY

  1. Our Design & Printing service is an Australian owned and operated at the best price possible.
  2. We will deliver your products anywhere in Australia for FREE
  3. Printing/Finishing will take 1~5 business days (depend on your job).
  4. Delivery will take 3~5 business days.

 

PRIVACY & POLICY

  1. After payment has been received in full, we will start your design/printing service.
  2. Once your order is approved, no changes can be made to the order and it is not possible to cancel the order.
  3. We do not offer refunds on design/printed products.
  4. We will limit the personal information we collect to information that is necessary for the management of our website and for the provision of products and services requested by you.

WEBSITE DESIGN ORDERING

DESIGN PROCESS

PLEASE NOTE : Online Order is not available for Website Design.

  1. Please contact us via email or phone for initial consultation.
  2. We will ask you make a meeting appointment for the consultation to discuss further details.
  3. We will provide some initial ideas of layout & design as well as a quotation.
  4. 50% of deposit invoice will be sent via email.
  5. We will ask you provide your information(articles & images).
  6. After deposit payment is taken, we will start your design. It will be completed about 2~3weeks depending on your job.
  7. If you want to add more functions or pages on the job, additional charge may be applied.
  8. We will provide a temporarily domain address for you to see the design process.
  9. When full website is completed, we will send you final invoice.
  10. After final payment is cleared, your website will be connected actual domain on online.
  11. We will make some emails on your request. Also, we will provide a training service for some CMS update if it is necessary.

 

PRIVACY & POLICY

  1. After 50% payment has been received in full, we will start your design.
  2. After final payment is cleared, your website will be connected your domain on online.
  3. Once your design layout is approved, no changes can be made and it is not possible to cancel the order.
  4. We do not offer refunds on design & server.
  5. We do not take any responsible for the information what you provide.
  6. We only use our own server hosting for your website due to secure & update core system.
